Thanks for shopping with us. We can’t wait for you to receive your Stitched by Sophie order!

Once you have placed your order, we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know we've received it. If you've not received this please check your junk folder, and mark it as 'safe' or move to inbox to receive further order updates.

Once your item has been shipped, we’ll send you another email to let you know it’s on it’s way.

Processing time varies by product due to cusomisations, however, as a guide, we always work to pack your order as quickly possible. Product creation averages 2-4 weeks. 

 

Bank holidays: please note that our fulfilment and customer service is closed during bank holidays. Any orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.

All deliveries within the UK are shipped via Evri. If large orders this will be shipped via DPD or alternative.

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm (UK Time) are processed the next working day.
