What size are the children's sweaters?
Please refer to our size guide for jumper sizes.
How do I wash my purchase?
For long lasting wear:
- Spot-treat stains with a gentle cleanser.
- Hand washing: Turn inside out and was with a mild detergent.
- Machine washing: Turn inside out and place in a garment bag. Wash on a cold, delicate cycle.
- For coloured yarn we recommend washing with a colour catcher sheet for the first few washes.
- Avoid tumble drying; instead, lay flat and air-dry
Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to get my products?
As a guide, we aim to have your order processed and packed as quickly as possible. Due to the custom nature of our products these can take 2-4 weeks to be created and packed.
Once shipped you will receive tracking details for your order. This usually is delivered within 2-3 days.
Bank holidays: please note we are closed during bank holidays. Any orders placed during a bank holiday will be processed the next working day.
How much does it cost?
Shipping costs are generated at checkout based on your order details and address.
Do you ship internationally?
We are happy to assist with posting your order's internationally, however we do this on a bespoke basis to offer the best rates possible for your location.

Returns & Refunds
Do you offer refunds?
Please note - We are unable to accept returns of customised items.
Items must be returned to us in their original packaging, in original condition, unused.
Customers are responsible for the cost of their return, and must send it on an adequate service that insures the value of the order. We regrettably cannot be held responsible for items that go missing on their way back to us.
Refunds will be made once the item/s arrive with us and they have been inspected.

Can I cancel or amend my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time you receive your order confirmation email to do so, otherwise we may have already processed your order.
If you wish to cancel your order after the time in which your order can be cancelled, you will be responsible for any fees for customisation that has already taken place.
My order is personalised, can I request a refund/exchange?
Unfortunately not. Our personalised items are not eligible for return or refund.
